Manpower Supply
Modern times require modern solutions. However it is quite astonishing that manpower supply has not evolved from the old, highly unorganised system of employment.
ISCL is one of its kind in India, perhaps the world. We not only supply manpower but also take care of our Shramiks in terms of their basic needs like food, accommodation and transportation.
Quality is at the core of this project. We strongly believe in the quote “Happy Shramiks, Happy customers”. A secure and satisfied employee has better morale and is more productive when clubbed with the Skill training and development facilities at our Shramik township. This is how we ensure quality.
By taking Shramiks under our wing we are able to cater to our customers in flexible numbers, on a short notice and all year around.
Our Shramiks are certified and graded according to the Skill India curriculum based on their skill levels. Companies are also welcome to undertake skill training for the Shramiks they intend to hire at our Skill training Center.
Transportation is also our responsibility. This way we can ensure safety for Shramiks and Punctuality for our customers. This also means better and assured turn out of Shramiks at work.
Since we live in tougher times due to the COVID – 19 pandemic, sanitisation and temperature checks will be conducted at the camp before Shramiks are deployed and the same information will be sent to our customers in real time on a daily basis.
In alliance with our vision, we aim to be the pioneers of organizing the unorganized workforce in our country in a systemized manner which proves beneficial not only our customers but also our Shramiks.
Skill Development
Formally skilled workers in India is 4.69% of the total workforce. We understand that there is a massive gap between the demand and supply of skilled labor in our country. Skill training and development will prove beneficial not only to the individual but also to the companies and the whole economy alike.
At our Shramik Township, we have a dedicated center for skill training and seminars which will run in alliance with the Skill India initiative by the National Skills Development Corporation of India.
Our vision is aligned with that of Skill India in terms of upgrading the skillset of workers to international standards to provide highly compelling and competitive labor across all sectors.
Cottage Industry
We have a gold mine of Shramiks and endless opportunities that come with them and their families. We have migrant women workers and wives of Shramiks whose families live in the Shramik township, able and willing to work. They can be deployed for manufacturing activities from the comfort of our camp. It could be handicrafts, handloom, soap making, stitching, just about anything! Based on your needs, we can train these women at the Skill training and development center within the Shramik township according to Skill India curriculum and certify them based on their abilities. We are open to undertake all contract based, third party production work.
